Sales Manager * E-Commerce

You will be part of a committed, young team that enjoys building and expanding this start-up. We are looking for you as (Online) Sales Manager* in the team Marketing & Sales.
Your contribution to a sustainable future:
- You are responsible for generating new B2B leads and expanding the sales of existing customers
- You plan and implement promotion measures, such as sales promotions or telemarketing
- You represent the emerce marketplaces / platform to potential customers
- You will help develop our customer service and are responsible for customer care for our eCommerce platform
- You identify the challenges and trends in the industry and know the competitive situation on the market
- You support the sales forecast, planning, and reporting (analysis of turnover and sales figures)
Your skills are needed:
- You have 3 years of professional experience in B2B sales with a focus on the photovoltaic industry or alternatively renewable energies
- You have experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM solution
- You have the ability to recognize customers’ needs and offer solutions that elate them
- You have very good negotiating skills and can reach customers on different levels
- You can identify suitable measures to achieve sales targets
- You work independently and goal-oriented and are communicative and assertive
- You are very flexible and have excellent presentation skills
- You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
