Sales Manager * E-Commerce

You will be part of a committed, young team that enjoys building and expanding this start-up. We are looking for you as (Online) Sales Manager* in the team Marketing & Sales.

Your contribution to a sustainable future: 

  • You are responsible for generating new B2B leads and expanding the sales of existing customers
  • You plan and implement promotion measures, such as sales promotions or telemarketing
  • You represent the emerce marketplaces / platform to potential customers
  • You will help develop our customer service and are responsible for customer care for our eCommerce platform
  • You identify the challenges and trends in the industry and know the competitive situation on the market
  • You support the sales forecast, planning, and reporting (analysis of turnover and sales figures)

 

Your skills are needed: 

  • You have 3 years of professional experience in B2B sales with a focus on the photovoltaic industry or alternatively renewable energies
  • You have experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM solution
  • You have the ability to recognize customers’ needs and offer solutions that elate them
  • You have very good negotiating skills and can reach customers on different levels
  • You can identify suitable measures to achieve sales targets
  • You work independently and goal-oriented and are communicative and assertive
  • You are very flexible and have excellent presentation skills
  • You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • You are best suited to us if working in the field of renewable energies is not just a job but a purpose for you
