The Alpha-Ess SMILE5 is a Household Photovoltaic Energy Storage System (ESS), a new kind of power solution. The SMILE5 systems consists of the SMILE5-Inverter and SMILE5-Bat 5.73kWh LFP battery modules. The SMILE5-Inverter is a single-phase, hybrid inverter, capable of connecting PV (6.6kWp max) and batteries. It is a grid-tied system with UPS backup functionality, perfect for keeping those essential loads (max. 4.6kW) running during power-cuts.  The battery capacity is modular, ranging from 11.5kWh to 34.4kWh, and can be increased at any stage.  Monitor your consumption and PV generation on your phone with the user-friendly mobile app by Alpha-Ess.
